We follow Iowa’s raw milk laws. That means we test regularly, keep everything clean, and handle your milk with care.

Raw milk is milk that hasn't been pasteurized or homogenized. It's straight from the cow, filtered, cooled, and bottled.

Raw milk can be safe when handled properly. We follow strict cleanliness and testing protocols to ensure safety.

Cleanliness begins as the cow, where their udder is thoroughly cleaned with warn soapy water.
We sanitize all equipment, filter the milk immediately, and cool it quickly to below 45°F, as required by Iowa law.

Properly stored in the fridge (Under 40*F), raw milk stays fresh for about 10–14 days.

No, our milk is ready to drink as is.
Pasteurization is the act of heating milk to sterilization. It is not necessary to pasteurize our milk, but is considered an extra layer of safety if you chose to. Pasteurization does kill off the beneficial bacterias in the milk.

It's rich, creamy, and has a fuller flavor than store-bought milk. Many people report it to be sweeter than store bought milk as well.

Our milk has a good cream layer on top, which you can skim off or shake in. It is about 1/8th to 1/4th of the total amount of milk.

No, you do not need to bring your own jars. We provide clean glass jars for your milk. You need to bring them back washed and dried.

Our cows graze on pasture and receive supplemental hay.
They also receive a grain ration during milking time.
